I designed former Vtuber Otaku Yasu and Villainess inspired René to make this joke/punchline.
René might call Yasu "Isekai Boy~" Casually to poke fun how engrossed Yasu was for isekai trope before moving forward in life.

Nuallain is Nolan's father, his wife cheated with a mafia and have René as illegitimate child in orphanage whose she confessed on death bed
Nuallain didn't care about the cheating, instead carefully take care René in orphanage until mature enough to be introduced to Nolan.
Nolan is probably unique character since he couldn't feel and understand any love attraction, bit he has no trauma about it. He likes to give gentle gestures to others, but doesn't means returning feelings since it feels like he owe them kindness only.
