#New: A federal judge in #Oakland declared a mistrial in the case of Darrell Wayne Smith, otherwise known as "Dirty Dick," a former #FCIDublin prison guard charged with 15 counts of sexual assault.

The trial, which began on March 17, saw testimony from multiple women alleging abuse by Smith.
