Preview of chapter 16. it reads: Tifa waited for the man to join her at the door. She wanted to walk him home, even though it was a very short walk around the center of town to get to his house, she still wanted to keep him company. She flipped the lights off and turned the lock on the door before she pulled it shut behind them. Once she double checked that it was locked, she looked up at him. “Did you want to talk anymore?” She asked gently, giving him an opportunity to open up if he wanted to. Deep down, Cloud desperately wanted to talk to someone about the things going through his head. To finally release some of the pain that had been tearing him apart for years. But the fear of scaring her away, of revealing too much darkness, held him back. “I don’t want to scare you off…” he finally admitted softly. His eyes never left the cobblestone pathway they were on.
