As a lactation consultant, I have worked w/mothers of NICU babies who had to go back to work while baby remained in #NICU (& needed them at bedside and to pump milk round the clock) & save their leave for after baby went home. #FMLA #FMLA29

As a lactation consultant, I see every day what it does to people to not be able to access #paidleave. What are we doing to people when we don't give them the #timetocare that they need to raise their children and care for their loved ones? #FMLA #FMLA29
