Let’s stop pretending members of Congress write the bills they pass. Most are ghostwritten by lobbyists, corporate lawyers, or think tanks then handed to reps who barely read them. That’s not democracy, it’s outsourced legislation. #FOIAforCongress #BanStockTrading

Congress exempts itself from FOIA, hides who writes bills, and lets its own Ethics Committee act in secret. No subpoenas, no sunlight, no shame. While they trade stocks and slash programs, we get no answers. Ethics shouldn’t be optional. Demand transparency. #FOIAforCongress
