I couldn't find photos for my reviews that demonstrated to readers my mental visuals of what a fragrance bouquet at a set time in its development smelled like, and how it visually looked as compared to prior points in its development, I made my own. This one is a close up shot, taken vertically and from below, of a dark red rose set against a Bokeh, blurry green white background. The rose is mostly unfurled and open, with glistening and glowing blobs of honey, yellow marmalade, or dark red fruit jam smeared upon the flower or dripping off petals. The edge of the petals close to the heart look a bit withered. That was intentional as well. I used a lighter to curl & dry out the edges in order to represent what a rose that's been slightly or heavily withered from frankincense smoke, like in oud attars. (I took other photos showing more severe blackened, withered petal edges as well, even if it's pretty minor in this one.)
