The agency where I am earning my 3000 MFT hours has a mosaic made by young people. Each tile was hand made. I love seeing this one every morning when I walk in. I think it’s a great reminder how to start our day & move through it. People need our smiles. 😊

Parents/Guardians: A great way to help your children feel like it is a new year & they can start fresh is to help them clean their room (including purging drawers/closets of obsolete clothing or stuff). Many people benefit emotionally from a nice environment.

Last night we were at the Happiest Place on Earth with our daughter & her fiancé. We had a wonderful time. As a parent, it is a great gift to have your grown kids want to be around you. Do your best to be parents your kids like, not just love.
