November is a busy month! Holidays coming up, of course, but #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth, #FamilyStoriesMonth, and now #NationalPictureBookMonth! The cradle where I keep my #picturebooks was purchased by my great grandfather in 1863. I slept in it eons ago, as did my sisters.
November is also #FamilyStoriesMonth.
Several years ago, I collected family recipes and photos--with stories--in a cookbook: The Good Cooking Is Relative II. (My sister did the first cookbook and generously agreed I could repurpose the title.)
Perfect for a #FamilyStoriesMonth story time

It's #FamilyStoriesMonth. Celebrated in November, a time when families often gather together, it's a time to learn about family history, share stories, and create new memories. What stories will YOU share?
November is #FamilyStoriesMonth! How about writing down your personal history, sharing family anecdotes, or (as I did) compiling family recipes along with a story for each?
