Virginia lawmakers passed a new energy bill, the #FASTAct ⚡. It lets developers plug new #solar or #battery projects into unused grid capacity at existing power plants, instead of building new connections. It could bring clean energy online faster and cheaper, in existing infrastructure 🔌🌞.
