Getting ever closer to goal of 20 5Ks in 2020. #TurtleKrawl5K makes 19. At 27:56 not quite my best time but close & final split of 8:18 tells me I can get to the sub 25min goal by year end.

Overcast, 70 & gentle breeze... perfect day to start day w/ a 5K & then go have a great day! Not my fastest time but after slacking last 4-6 wks training, I’ll take sneaking in under 30min. 18 in 20 5Ks in 2020 journey.
