Both characters are book nerds, Storn being a sage and Lalli a lore bard. Drawings from Railoryömijä's diary For the purpose of our past DnD campaign, I started writing Railoryömijä’s diary in 2021, and in fall 2022 I began experimenting with a new style that I would use for the drawings in the diary because I wanted them to appear as if Railoryömijä had drawn them. I tried to keep everything sharp and sketch like. As I progressed I tried to eliminate all the curved lines, instead using short straight lines to imitate the curvature. Though I might reintroduce the curved lines since while I really enjoy the challenge of drawing without them, they bring a more organic feel to the drawings. Both styles are good but situational! Rundown: On the top left corner is a ruby that belongs to Alupark. Next is my elven water genasi Mikko in their wildshape (a wolf facing away, with ears flat against their head as if they are not listening) plus their elven side profile. Top right corner is Vitto, a tiefling bard who has an appearance of a goat. Vitto belongs to my friend AG. In the middle of the bottom row is Father Lalli, my half-elven bard and Railoryömijä's father-figure, smiling as usual. On the bottom left we have Arius, a human sorcerer and the first named npc we met during the campain! And on bottom right we have Kirion, a mysterious and carefree elven ranger, Lalli's most trusted friend and business partner. Arius and Kirion belong to my friend Henna.

A scenery from a mountain valley where six humanoids have gathered around to listen to Lalli's stories. _ _ _ _ _ I like to challenge myself with Art Fight projects and I really pushed my limits with this one. It's the most characters I've ever drawn in a single scene with a background. This style of a background is something that I continued to evolve in my later drawings. I wish I had had a bit more time so I could have added proper shading for the piece, and further work on the building, but there is so much one can do with limited time. But the most important thing are the characters and I'm so happy how they all turned out. <3

This was a challenging draw and I wish there had been more time to work on it but I'm still so proud how all the characters turned out.
