His left hand is resting on her waist/hip, pulling her in close, and his right hand is gently tilting her chin upwards and he is grazing her lips with his thumb. Fayt's hands are against his chest, fingers intertwined in the fur trim of his outfit. They are inches from having their lips meet. Around them dance bright blue glowing orbs, lending to an overall magical feel in the piece. The illustration is based off a scene in a EmetWoL fanfic titled "You and Me".
