A drawing of a snowdrop plant with 2 flowers, surrounded by a halo of 7 moths. The moths are a cream coloured with green markings to echo the inner petals of the flowers. The background of the moth halo itself is coloured night sky blue and sprinkled with stars.
Last week was rough, and I worked both days this weekend, so I'll have to finish off my last #FebruaryFrost26 drawing some other time.
But this drawing from the first prompt is my favourite thing I've drawn for myself for chuffin ages! 😁

An outline sketch for a drawing of a single crocus flower, top down view, in a hexagonal border. The flower has 6 petals in 2 whorls, and the 3 petals of the inner whorl are slightly shorter. There's 3 stamens, and s style that branches into 3 frilly lobes.
The outline sketch from the previous image is being transferred to a fresh sheet of paper by tracing on a light box. I'm wearing cute compression gloves to draw in. They have little mushroom characters on and they came from BibiPins.

Went to start posting this week's #FebruaryFrost26 crocus & realised I hadn't finished with last weeks!
I got the number of stars for each quilt square by rolling a D6, & used blue gouache darker than the dots/gridlines, but lighter than the darkest squares, to try & preserve the optical illusion.
