And FedEx has no way to confirm the location of the delivery truck... Really???! They will post a picture and name of the driver but have no way to see where the truck is??? Amazon happily shows how far away their delivery trucks are... All of a bunch of platitudes and fairy tales

They just notified me of a “delivery exception” forcing delivery to be rescheduled for when “conditions improve.” What conditions!!!? The package was out for delivery this morning, and it’s been dry and sunny all day. WTF! Deliver the damn package!! 2/2 #FedExSucks
I hate FedEx. Package was originally schedule for delivery on 08/25, then they changed it to 08/22, which forced me to cancel travel plans to accommodate. Then they changed it to 08/21, so plans for 08/22 were back on. And now, after waiting at home all day… 1/2

FedEx is so worthless. I had a package scheduled for delivery this afternoon that required a signature. FedEx attempted delivery this morning instead. Since I was not available, it's getting rescheduled for another unknown time. What's the point of a schedule if they wont honor it?

At 8:44pm 11/21/2024 it states my package has not been picked up.
At 1am 11/22/2024 it suddenly is populated and says that the pick up driver picked it up 21HRS BEFORE I ORDERED IT
Once again #fedexsucks abd they managed to time travel.
The pickup drivers NEVER SCAN THE PACKAGE AT PICKUP.
When the package arrives in the destination state, then they Pen Fuck the time stamps. I love when they time travel because the customer service supervisor can not deny their fuckup.
Question to the ether...
Anybody else completely fed up with FedEx drivers refusing to SCAN the package at pick up, then pen fucking later and the 'supervisor' stating it was the senders fault?
