Help me fediverse, you're my only hope! Firstly, thank you @admin for all your work! I know you mentioned you're maintaining and hosting a few #fediverse projects. ....But where do i go from here? I really liked #friendica 's ability to integrate and interact with like all the fediverse easily. I have friends on #blusky (bless #fedibridge) and #threads so that availability for interaction was great... but not all friendica instances support this. I do already have a #mastodon account, but the entire point to me moving here was to consolidate my #lemmy account and mastodon... Sadly, I recently found out that friendica can't really handle that nor was it intended and adding lemmy groups causes issues. And before this comes up... I cannot self host at the moment... I have been thinking/planning for it... but, not an option atm. I dream of one account/app to interact with everything. Suggestions? Hopes? #askfedi

And now `sphinx-fediverse` 0.5.3 is released. The big thing here is I've separated the rendering logic from comment parsing, so it's easier to support both flavors. Rendering is still pretty janky, but it's a good start towards the final setup.

I've now updated sphinx-fediverse to include boost and like counts, both per-comment and for the originating post. This means there are now only 2 barriers between me and throwing it on PyPi: cleaning up the remaining CSS errors, and writing the publish script

I want an app that can post to Mastodon, Friendica, Diaspora and Bluesky all at once. That's going to 3 protocols (ActivityPub, AT, Diaspora), can it be done? Having to copy and paste to different apps is kinda clunky.
