Great atmosphere & nice to have a flat out & back for a PB this year; but most appreciated the nostalgia of running along the prom here for the first time since I lived in Morecambe as a student, more years ago than I’ll admit to 🏃♂️

Thank you to everyone for all the support & messages for & about Little Joe 🌈. It happened so fast; we’re still reeling. One of his favourite places in the world was #FellFoot #parkrun. So yesterday we parkwalked in his memory, remembering our last #parkwalk with him only a few weeks ago 💔

#parkrun #400 today at #FellFoot - 2,000k of parkrun-ing! I’d like to say that’s the reason for LFM’s enthusiasm at the start, except that this is exactly how it goes every week!
