And then this weekend due to Storm Claudia instead of #Parkwalk, we walked 20km up the Monsal Trail and back 😁 on Saturday. I broke my own daily step record with 31,000 steps!

My #parkrun / #parkwalk stalled at 8 a few weeks ago, but I've still been doing the walking myself. In between I've done a Comic con, tried to attend a cancelled Parkrun due to Bonfire night, & last weekend I had a dental appt so I walked the 1.3 miles there & back while real Parkrun was going on!

It was wet at Hereford and I have an URTI (thank you Gdaughter!) so #parkwalk
