It was super wet at #volksgartenparkrun yesterday, really not a pleasant morning. Amazingly, there were still 56 finishers and 23 very tough volunteers. Let's hope for more sun next weekend. #parkrun.

Yesterday we won parkrun bingo. It was my 100th, Natasha's 50th, also her 25th volunteer, and she brought along a friend who ran her 1st.
Oh and it was her birthday.

Whilst I’ve never knowingly met anyone called Beverley Westwood I always enjoy Beverley Westwood Parkrun. Whilst it was windy conditions were good for runners today! The ground was firm and rabbit holes well marked - and the livestock hasn’t yet been released onto the course.

Levengrove #parkrun today. Been on my target list for ages, and actually got there today. 3 laps of a beautiful park by the rivers Clyde & Leven. Lots of lovely downhill, made up for by a shorter but much harder slog back up. My 146th location.

Fulham Palace #parkrun done straight after the 100mile London Lockdown charity ride.
Great night, but it took its toll on my back (which I’m having physio on) and the run was crap.
