Today marks the start of 3th Preparatory Committee for the #FfD4. We welcome the UN proposal for an intergovernmental debt process - but it must include a binding framework for fair & responsible lending, debt cancellation & a multilateral workout mechanism #CSOs4SystemicReform #FfDChronicle
