CUBA LIBRE
2 oz rum (any kind)
6 oz Coca Cola (preferably Mexican of course!)
Squeeze of lime
Mix in highball glass with ice.

Horseshoe Swizzle
1 oz Apple Brandy
¾ oz Lime juice
½ OFTD Rum
¾ oz Falernum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake with ice, pour over crushed ice, cinnamon stick.

SINGAPORE SLING
(Many versions - this is my choice.)
2 oz gin
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz Cherry Herring
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz orange juice
Shake w/ ice, strain/pour over ice in a tall glass, top w/ seltzer & orange + lemon twist.

The Manhattan
2 oz. Rye or Bourbon
¾ oz Carpano Antica
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Stir w/ ice, strain, pour up, cherry garnish

Ki No Bi Gimlet
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
5 drops 20% saline solution
2 oz Ki No Bi Gin (from Kyoto - it's the most perfect gin for this classic cocktail - worth the splurge)
Shake w/ ice, strain, pour up.
They didn't show any of my favorite James Garner movies during his #SUTS day but our #FinallyFridayCocktail is inspired by him anyway - a nice simple glass of super chilled white wine. He made some private label stuff on their Santa Ynez Ranch. Any white from there will do on this wam Friday...
An epically crappy day for our country. This week's #FinallyFridayCocktail isn't nearly stiff enuf but it's a great summer quaff:
Orange Vermouth Spritzer
Infuse the peeled zest of 2 oranges in 375ml of Dolin Red for 1hr. Remove peel & re-bottle. Pour 2oz in ice filled glass, top w/ seltzer.
