CA High Speed Rail Authority has won the first agreement for overhead wires on Class 1-owned tracks in the state. Leveraging this is critical not only for Metrolink electrification, but to electrify freight from the ports to Barstow. To clean up freight, High Speed Rail must reach LA. #FinishTheLine
