@abc7.bsky.social If, as you report the USPS is in decline it’s because of Postmaster DeJoy. In my West Los Angeles area DeJoy had mail boxes removed, sorting machines trashed and drive up mailboxes removed! They now had to sort all mail by hand!

Today, January 15, we received 2 Christmas cards. One was postmarked in Boston on 12/19; it was scanned in locally on 1/12 but not delivered til today.
The other was postmarked in Seattle on 12/21.

This package should go to the Richmond hub (Sandston), and then up the road to the local PO in Spotsylvania then “out for delivery”. Some jackass saw fit to route it down to Greensboro NC way in other direction. #FireDejoy anymore?

Rec'd a Christmas card today that was postmarked 12/21/24 in Atlanta.
It took 13 days for USPS to deliver this card sent by our next-door-neighbor. We live in an ATL suburb.

Remember when #FireDejoy was a thing? Whatever happened to that? A package I wait for. Look at the tracking. The bouncing around. It was where is was supposed to be on Saturday. Then they decided to send it on detour. What a waste and terribly inefficient. But I guess that’s his plan. #USPS
