A stunning photograph of a bright fireball meteor streaking across the twilight sky over Groningen, Netherlands. Visible fragments and a persistent trail are seen as the meteor, as bright as a full moon, breaks up. The event was also witnessed in Germany and accompanied by sonic booms.
