Continue with potatoes garlic tomatoes and fish
Finish with onions and coriander

Hake is such an unassuming fish, a cousin of cod- fresh from the boat! The Portuguese love it! The greens are similar to Greek “horta”.

Monkfish (πεσκανδρίτσα) with thyme, parsley, bayleaf and paprika in a tomato sauce with black olives- French baguette to mop up the juices.
A lovely white, from Corsica- a Vermentino to wash it all down.
