83 hours of printing later and I have the last piece of the puzzle.
Just super glue, filler and sanding to do now.

Two more sections complete. Switched to PrusaSlicer as I the brim/support missing layers bug in Slic3r was causing me issues. 35 hours of print time and I haven't done the big bits yet 😁

Usually use eSUN filament but this flat grey is Elegoo and it is printing well.
