Day 131 of going to the gym
Skipped the treadmill today and headed straight for the mat. I’ve been working on my lower back so I can stand for longer intervals. Protesting takes place on the feet after all!! I worked on arms after. Have to be able to carry signs! #rls #fitnessafter50

Just plodded along on a treadmill incline intervals workout so my heart doesn’t need CPR later. Hopes and dreams!

I worked pretty hard today on my legs. I even did the glute bridges and dead bug thingys without worrying anyone was watching. The mat was packed too! Still a little worried about a fart at an inopportune time but whatevs! 😂

Different gym today but I managed to find most of what I needed. Not sure how long I’ll be in this neck of the woods, so I joined for the month. I’ll probably even end up going to decompress from stress. Feed the body feed the soul.
