Day 128 of going to the gym
Treadmill speed workout today. I use the term speed very loosely here. Speed for me isn’t like running or even a fast walk. It’s what pushes my HR to work harder and harder. Still haven’t needed CPR so I’m doing great!!

Day 126 of going to the gym
Had a session with the trainer today for the first time in weeks because, life. Good news, still getting stronger. My HR didn’t even rebel today. It’s the little things that make me happy. #fitnessover50 #fitafter55
Day 111 of going to the gym
Just a cardio workout today. This new gym is small and I’ve hardly run into anyone yet. Going to the gym away from home has really helped me with the stress of the situation.
I’m also doing well tracking my eating. Staying the course!

Day 110 of going to the gym
Different gym today but I managed to find most of what I needed. Not sure how long I’ll be in this neck of the woods, so I joined for the month. I’ll probably even end up going to decompress from stress. Feed the body feed the soul.
