Hampton made it to a Wegman’s today, which means sushi-grade tuna for #flat493! Weggy’s seaweed and calamari salads with homemade miso-butter shrooms and simply sautéed zuke and red bell pepper for the bento-inspired win 🍽️ 🍋

Costco had a #flat493 sized piece of tuna for once, and Hampton nailed it with a simple salt and pepper dust and hard sear. Salad mix with bottled ginger dressing and a quickle, easy peasy pre-rehearsal meal done. 🍽️🍋
