The most popular New Physics models to explain these discrepancies and those observed in b->s transitions are #leptoquarks, which could be seen directly at the LHC. But there are other possibilities. #LeptonUniversality #FlavourPhysics

This adds a 3rd dimension to the $HFlav plot www.slac.stanford.edu/xorg/hflav/semi/fpcp17/r... obtained with decays to D and D* mesons. There is a 4-sigma discrepancy there. The Bc meson adds a 3sigma effect. #LeptonUniversality #FlavourPhysics
