Fokofpolisiekar, Van Coke Kartel, aKing and Die Heuwels Fantasties are reassembling the Bellville universe, reviving VanFokKingTasties for the first time in 14 years. Set for June 6 at Marks Park Sports Club in Emmarentia, the return isn’t being framed as nostalgia — it’s more like a reawakening. Back in 2009, VanFokKingTasties wasn’t just a tour, it was a collision: 13 musicians from four of South Africa’s most influential bands sharing a stage, swapping roles, bending their own catalogues into something looser, louder and far less predictable.
