Slices of rump steak, coated in black and white pepper with  a hint of salt an hour beforehand. Sizzling in sesame oil with some soy sauce.

My first bowl of this delicious dinner. The egg sadly broke whilst being peeled.

I am trying my best to focus on my diet, but when the idea of beef-stock boiled rice with sizzling pepper steak came to mind, I couldn't resist.
