Tell the EPA to Keep the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program The EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program is an important source of data collection and an important tool used to cut pollution, minimize wasted energy, and save money. It provides real data to the public about how much climate pollution is being created and who is creating it. However, the Trump EPA proposed removing the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program, a move that would prevent public access to this important information. This is part of their Polluters First Agenda, making oil and gas CEOs richer while we pay the price. Trump, Lee Zeldin, and their polluter buddies would keep the public in the dark about the amount of deadly, dangerous and expensive pollution they produce. If they succeed, the nation’s biggest polluters will spew climate-wrecking pollution without accountability.
