Rewind Recap: Weekly Update W/E 14/12/25 Ten days until Christmas. Can you believe it? The good news for me is that this means a maximum of five working days left in 2025. Currently undecided whether to take the additional two days off at the start of next week, so it may well just be three. We’ll see. This week has been a good one. I became an officially certificated ex-apprentice as my Data Technician certificate came up, confirming the bit that I refused to believe until I had it in (printed) writing.

Rewind Recap: Weekly Update W/E 17/08/25 How have we gotten to the middle of August already? I swear these months are getting shorter and I have less and less to show for them as well. Working week so not a lot has happened, although I did manage a couple of walks, when the temperature cooled enough to make it survivable, and the ducks, moorhens and swans seemed grateful for the company, if a little confused to see me in an evening rather than at seven am.

Rewind Recap: Weekly Update W/E 30/03/25 Well, that's it then. March officially ends today, the clocks have jumped forward an hour, spring has (allegedly) sprung, and Q2 starts tomorrow. Who'd a thunk it, right? This year is passing all too quickly, but that is no bad thing. I was on training all of last week, staying down in Weymouth. It's a long old drive from where I live, but it was nice being back by the coast.
