Update on Ernesto: They are “expediting” his case but still forcing them to hold the “bond” hearing at LaSalle. The court is very conservative and them changing location to it and dragging it out is clearly a tactic to hold him illegally. Ernesto has an SIJ and showed his papers. #FreeErnesto

Update on Ernesto: they are trying to move his bond hearing from St Louis to LaSalle. LaSalle is one of the most aggressive, racist immigration courts. If they do this it moves the timeline of his hearing so they can hold him for even longer. He is just a kid! #FreeErnesto
