I fear the FCC will take action to make it easier to take revocation action against licensees and make them available. Especially watch for moves by religious broadcasters to snap them up.

So, www.kyuk.org has an FM transmitter, 4 channels of digital TV, and a 15,000 watt AM plant. The station is fortunate to have recently built new towers and new transmitters.
The power bill?
$150,000 a year.
