Incoming delegate de Soto is charged with threatening terrorist acts and held on $300,000 bond - WV MetroNews Desoto's arrest occurred early this morning, according to a press release from the West Virginia State Police.

Incoming state delegate Joey deSoto (R-W.VA) was arrested and charged with one count of “threats of terrorist acts,” a felony.

It was revealed GOP de Soto had made several threatening and intimidating threats against government officials.
