This is a watercolour of an English country garden, theres a big old tree in a little flowerbed, classic. Its a scene from late summer, sunshine from the right of the page. Theres a yellowing field in the background. Long summer days. The whole painting is pretty much as twee as it gets, its niave but painted with the patience of a very well trained dog. The dog is a proud dog, proud of being so patient and painting such a twee painting. Well the metaphor breaks down a bit but hopefully you can imagine a big old fancy wooden frame.

Sometimes its 1980s twee that fancies coming out of my paint brush.
