A bowl of Gado-Gado inspired salad sits on a rustic grey wooden table. The salad features pan-fried salmon, Camargue & black rice, mango, egg, blanched cabbage, potato, carrots, and bean sprouts, all drizzled with a spicy creamy peanut sauce. Chopsticks and a small grey jug of peanut sauce are also on the table.
Experimenting with a Gado-Gado inspired bowl. Instead of tempeh, I pan-fried salmon. My recipe included Camargue rice, mango, egg, blanched cabbage, potato, carrots and bean sprouts, all drizzled with a spicy peanut sauce 🌶️ A tasty and healthy way to use up vegetables from the salad drawer #cooksky
