Text Reads: The EHRC is not fit for purpose. TransActual have demanded that the EHRC's international status be immediately downgraded. Alongside Amnesty UK, Trans Solidarity Alliance we have called on the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) to strip the EHRC of its 'A' accreditation.

Text reads: Following the Supreme Court Judgement in April, the EHRC has again shown its anti-trans agenda in its ‘interim update’ and guidance set out in its draft Code of Practice. Multiple domestic and international human rights bodies, including 18 UN Independent Experts, the Commissioner for Human Rights for the Council of Europe and the Scottish Human Rights Commission, have raised the alarm about the EHRC’s position. The Minister responsible for approving the updated Code has also publicly expressed her disappointment at how the EHRC is doing its job.
