It's difficult, and impossible, that guidance since SC ruling that the EHRC issues is going to be impartial. Why?

I would tend to think that being outed would be explained as "accuracy," and "clarity."
Falkner explicitly stated that she did not think that trans people are covered by Article 8 rights.
Almost everyone is getting this judgment wrong.
The law treats workplaces and public venues differently.
Which means a trans person could have to use one toilet while working — and another when they clock off.
Make it make sense. ⚖️
