Single-Shot GHZ Characterization via Connectivity-Aware Fanout Constructions

A recipe transforms any GHZ-preparing CNOT block into a fanout gate at twice the depth. Applied to IBM's ibm_fez heavy-hex topology, this yields a 156-qubit fanout (depth 33) enabling single-shot full characterization of 156-qubit GHZ states.
