Have a patient who developed gastroparesis, lleus, and finally SIRS. Colon was so impacted it was ready to burst at several points. They finally treated the rectal fecaloma with Pepsi-Cola (no plasma coagulation), but patient has PTSD and is now on Linzess permanently. #GIdoc #Medsky #Bariatrics 😵‍💫
