U.K. government statistic showing that of GP appointments in August 2024 only 44% were with actual GP!

Can someone please explain this government statistic on #NHS #GPappointments as I do not see who carried out remaining 36% of appointments. Was it pharmacists, physio therapists etc?

Also note that only 44% of GP appointments are with actual GP. This stats is broken. #PrimaryCare
