Furthermore, what does it tell us that despite a higher %age of “Scottish” Labour MSPs voting to pass the bill than MSPs of any other party at Holyrood it caved in and is now saying it wouldn’t support the #GRRBill again? In other words a complete and total U-turn orchestrated by Starmer in London?

The bill was passed by a supermajority of MSPs from all parties at Holyrood after years of review and scrutiny and debate, and endorsed by the UNHRC, only to be struck down with the stroke of a pen.

The UK response was profoundly autocratic and torpedoed devolution.
