👾Tried some DIY retrobriting with 3% hydrogen peroxide and the winter sun shining through a window on some yucky Ebay #Gameboy game cartridges. Still needs treatment, but definitely some improvement. Before and after so far.👾

The black specs are hard to see without a scope. The usual isopropyl alcohol and a swab or soft brush clean up is not putting a dent into the black specs. Anyone else run into this?

What are the tiny black specs on the PCB board? Corrosion? Chemical damage? They look like bumps rather than pitting under the scope. Got three used #gameboy games on Ebay and two look like they have potential water damage.
