Screenshot of the default controls for Luigi's Mansion as played with the dual Joy-Con as played on Nintendo GameCube - Nintendo Classics.

The default controls are as follows:
Left Stick: Move
A: Examine Things / Open Door
B: (Hold) Turn Off Flashlight
X: Search Mode
Y: Floor Map
Right Stick: Change Flashlight or Vacuum Direction
Plus (+): Pause
R: Item List
ZR: Suck Up Things Like Ghosts
L: Expel Element from Vacuum
ZL: (Expelling element) Shoot Out Lump

The L and ZL buttons are notable in that Luigi's Mansion tied the element function to the GameCube controller's analog shoulder buttons (fully pressing L fired a lump of the element Luigi has on him) which isn't present on the Joy-Con 2 or Pro Controller for the Nintendo Switch 2.

With Luigi's Mansion being on the GameCube Online app, I was wondering how the GameCube's L button would be handled on non-GameCube controllers.

Turns out, you press ZL while holding down L to get a full L press.

Screenshot of the Emblem Editor in F-Zero GX.

The left side of the screen depicts the Command List, a selection of tools used to create the emblem. Load Emblem is currently highlighted.

The right side of the screen depicts the colour selection. On top of the sixteen colours provided, the player can change the RGB values (currently set to R 80, G 208, B 248) for a wider range of colours for the emblem. A smaller preview of the emblem can also be seen on top of the RGB values.

The middle of the screen shows the emblem itself. Said emblem consists of Ninten, a light blue fox with a red hat and scarf, looking at the viewer with his left hand (viewer's right) resting on the grey border. Inside the border there is a simple beige background with a bit of shading near the top and sides of the border. The very bottom right corner has the cursor highlighting which pixel gets edited, located there to give the emblem a fuller view.

Y'know, I *could* play the main races in F-Zero GX to get a sense of how the game works.

...Or I could instead pixel art a Ninten in the Emblem Editor. It's there, so might as well.
