A 'Speckled Hound' pumpkin on its vine that extends out of a raised bed. The fruit is somewhat flattened and a salmon color with streaks of sage green.

One of the many colors of sunflower in the 'Evening Sun' mix. This is pinkish tan on the petal ends with a bright rosy-red ring on most of the flower and a narrow yellow outline around the seed area.

Right now they're just a few ounces of seeds in packets. Amazing that they'll produce so much abundance. 'Speckled Hound' pumpkin and 'Evening Sun' sunflower from #Garden2023.

Marigolds and raspberries from #Garden2023. I'm trying 'Legion of Honor' marigolds this year instead of 'Red Marietta.' Also this part of the long bed will be dedicated to corn and pole beans.

🌱 I need to assemble trí more of the boxwire cold frames today, then get plastic on the lot (12 in total) before Monday night.

Zero interest in doing any of it bcs it is cold and wet and my whole body hurts.

Ah, well. Winter waits for no garden witch.
