Week 5 of #GBBO was Chocolate Week! I made a ramen bowl: a dark chocolate cup filled with dark chocolate mousse, topped with a yuzu tuile, royal icing ramen noodles, fondant egg and narutomaki, and white chocolate chopsticks, on a plate of a chocolate mint shortbread biscuit.

Week 3 on GBBO was Bread Week! For my savory monkey bread, half the dough was filled with toasted pine nuts and garlic and coated in Parmesan, and the other half had pickling spices and dill mixed throughout the dough (and coated in more dill and salt).
