Alright, first session of #GeneralConference2025 is winding down. Pretty much nothing controversial or wild. Speakers were right on par with what they usually talk about. Lots of Rusty quotes, lots of harping on temple attendance, the church is growing faster today than ever before, etc.
Ricardo P. Gemenez of Q70 summarizes his entire talk with a perfectly Mormon tautology: "I love the savior, and my love for him is my why." This after quoting Russell Nelson 3 times and reinforcing how important temple attendance is to gain access to Heaven(TM).
