Ten young people from the OPB group got closer to nature in the #NorthPennines thanks to #GenerationGreen funding. They spent a day helping to plant a new hedge for Bowlees farm. None of the young people had ever planted a tree before and said it was: “The best day ever!”

Thanks to #GenerationGreen funding, 5 young people & 2 group leaders from the Princes Trust got close to nature in the #NorthPennines. They spent a day at Bowlees helping to weed a path, remove old tree guards, feeding cows & cuddling goats at Bowlees Farm.

8 young people & 2 teachers from Teesdale School’s Nature Club got closer to nature in the #NorthPennines thanks to #GenerationGreen funding. They had a residential at Low Way farm, Holwick with activities including orienteering, abseiling, rock climbing & river dipping.

Young people from Croydon visited Surrey Hills National Landscape for a residential as part of the Defra funded Generation Green project.
